Bracket Racing Info

Want to go Bracket Racing?

Bracket Racing events are regularly conducted at Mallala. They are used as an introduction to road racing, similar to the concept of clubman racing in "good old days". Through 2004 we saw 2 full grids (20 riders per grid) front the starter. We're having a lot of fun out there.

P-Plates

If you have never raced before, you may race in Brackets for up to 4 meetings with exemptions from several preparation rules. This will allow you to try the sport whilst developing your motorcycle.

A P-plate must be displayed at the rear of your motorcycle, as an indication to following riders. These are available with fittings from the Race Secretary.
